Hi, if you have an iMac, with built in web cam, all you need is Photo Booth. If you need more control over the Photo Booth pix, try iGlasses, a fantastic general USB web cam app. Make sure you turn it on BEFORE Photo Booth, it doesn't appear in the dock, runs in the background. Sometimes puts a red lens icon in the menu bar. Bit fiddly getting the two apps to work together, but worth it.
